Headquartered in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, Guttman Holdings is the parent company and owner of Guttman Energy, Guttman Renewables, and Source One Transportation. Through this legal structure, all employees of Guttman Energy and Source One Transportation participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP. United as a 100% employee-owned organization, all Guttman Holdings employee owners advocate for our customers’ fuel and transportation needs with care, pride, and responsibility.

Working Together With A Common Purpose

Guttman Holdings Incorporated is primarily used in internal communication efforts to help propel our mission forward with greater accountability and performance from each of our employee owners. However, as a 100% employee-owned Company, we often promote the many positive attributes and advantages of employee ownership in our recruiting and marketing efforts. Many of the guidelines that follow provide instructions on best practices related to using our employee-owned status in external communications.
